Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we will make it right.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

We do not accept returns on sale items or items marked as final sale.

To start a return, contact us at ayam90.support@gmail.comwith your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 48 hours with next steps.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
