How do I place an order?
Browse the store, select your size, and add to cart. At checkout, complete your payment and you will receive a confirmation email immediately after.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. If the order has not been packed we can make changes. Once shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely and all transactions are encrypted.
Will I receive a confirmation after ordering?
Yes. A confirmation email goes out immediately after your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
How long does delivery take?
Cairo and Giza orders arrive within 2 to 3 business days. The rest of Egypt takes 3 to 5 business days. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days before shipping.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Not yet. We currently ship within Egypt only. International shipping is on the way. Follow us on Instagram for updates.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. The exact cost is shown before you confirm payment.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, WhatsApp us.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We reply within 48 hours with next steps.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Do you accept returns on sale items?
We do not run sales. All items are full price and eligible for return under our standard 14-day policy.
What fit are your garments?
We offer relaxed and tailored fits depending on the piece. Each product page lists the exact fit, drop, and measurements. When in doubt, ask us.
Do your pieces shrink after washing?
Garments are pre-washed before shipping so shrinkage is minimal. To preserve the fit, wash cold and hang dry. Do not tumble dry.
I am between sizes. What should I do?
Check the measurements on the product page and compare against your own. If you are still unsure, WhatsApp us and we will help you find the right size.
Are your pieces unisex?
Most of our essentials are cut to work across body types. Each product page notes whether the piece is unisex or has a specific fit intention.
What fabrics do you use?
We work exclusively with cotton and linen. Cotton pieces are 240 to 280gsm combed ring-spun. Linen is stone-washed, 160 to 200gsm. Fabric composition is listed on every product page and label.
How do I care for my Hems piece?
Machine wash cold. Hang dry — never tumble dry. Iron on medium heat inside out. Linen can be ironed slightly damp for a crisper finish.
Will sold out items come back?
We restock pieces when we can match the original fabric batch. We do not discount — we restock. Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to be the first to know.
